Arisi Parupu Sadham - Kongu Special - Guest Post

And today is a special day..Yes, its the birthday of a sweet person who is one of the main reason for me being in this area of foodies..Radhika Thirumoorthi...We got bonded through a social network which made us to go further and start a food group on our own with our other best buddies including my lovable friend Blogger Priya's Menu..Really couldnt believe we got so much close as a family now. She is a total inspiration to me by her take on healthy cooking in Mansatti..I love her great passion for cooking and the authentic touch to every recipe that she makes. A great cook of Non vegetarian recipes especially Nattukozhi special..Out of her many signature dishes she willfully agreed to share her signature vegetarian recipe, a speciality of Kongunadu..Arisi Parupu Sadham in her own way of doing in mansatti.. Happy to share her recipe on this very special day of her. Happy Birthday Radhima..Let our bonding be forever..Thanks for your awesome recipe sweety...
